Origins
Born in 1995, Heartland Golf Schools originated in St. Louis, Missouri, USA. Founder, Ed LeBeau, implemented his vision to make learning golf simple and accessible to all. Mr. LeBeau, having learned from US PGA Hall of Fame Teacher, Manuel de la Torre, created a golf learning process that has been recognized internationally. With Tony Meechai, a member of the PGA of America and United States Golf Association, brought Heartland's "Club-Focused" Instruction method to Asia, with the first location based in Cha-am, Thailand at Springfield Royal Country Club.
Heartland's concept of going to the "heart" of the student's swing problem and have them learn golf the natural way with the principle-oriented methods was well-received and spread throughout Asia quickly.

Heartland Golf Schools is one of Asia's leading golf educational institutions that focus its business on golf instruction with many unique formats of learning. Since its inception in 1998 at Springfield Royal Country Club in Cha-am, Thailand, Heartland has grown to include a professional team of instructors and can boast of having taught hundreds of thousands of students. Heartland currently has locations in Bangkok, Cha-am, Singapore and operations in The Philippines.
Natural Curriculum™ (Principle-Oriented)
Based on the teachings of Master Instructors, Manuel de la Torre and Ed LeBeau, The Natural Curriculum™ is based on the knowledge that ANYONE can learn to play golf. The movements of the golf swing are very similar to the natural movements one makes in other sports and in everyday activities.
